演绎逻辑指的是通过三段论，也就是从大前提“集合[math]\displaystyle{ A }[/math]的元素具有性质[math]\displaystyle{ B }[/math]”，记为[math]\displaystyle{ A\Rightarrow B }[/math]出发，结合小前提“[math]\displaystyle{ a }[/math]是集合[math]\displaystyle{ A }[/math]中的元素”，记为[math]\displaystyle{ a\in A }[/math]，得到结论“[math]\displaystyle{ a }[/math]具有性质[math]\displaystyle{ B }[/math]”，来得到结论的过程。
