Nasalized variant of " okay". Perhaps made popular by frequent appearance in the cartoon South Park as Mr Mackey's catchphrase; earlier, apparently only in linguistic transcriptions of speech. Also, David Van Driessen from Beavis and Butthead, uses m'kay sometimes.
